Hello!  My name is Lauren.  I am the owner of Pet Haven Pet Sitting in Colorado Springs.  I do pet sitting out my own home, specializing in overnight services. I promise the most competitive pricing in town.  What sets me apart from the big pet sitting centers is the personalized attention your furry friend will receive.  I love animals!  With two cats of my own (pictures to the left), and years of experience caring for animals, I will make sure your pet is properly taken care of.  I work from home which is better for your pet because they have someone with them most of the day.  Being inside a home is also a less anxious experience for your pet.  Many pet centers host so many dogs at once that the animals often can feel neglected or anxious due to the noise and less homey surroundings.  I look forward to the opportunity to care for your pet. :)

What you need to know: Before booking with me, I always do an interview inside my home so that I may interact the animal and they can get familiarized with their temporary home.  I call it their home because my goal is to make them feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. On the day of drop off: On the day that you drop off your pet, I ask that you fill out a pet sitting intake form.  I also require copies of all current vaccination records.  This is non-negotiable to insure good health for yours and others' animals.  The vaccinations required are: Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Distemper, and Rabies. I prefer also to have the H3N2 (Influenza vaccine), but it is not required.
